# Therapy

##### **Individual Therapy**

 

In individual therapy, we will meet one-to-one in a safe, confidential environment to clarify and work towards your identified goals. Goals may include improving coping and functioning, navigating interpersonal challenges, and managing stress during life transitions.

 

##### **Family Therapy**

 

In family therapy, we will meet with all members of your identified family system in a safe, confidential environment to address challenges that interfere with the functioning of your family. Goals may include building empathy/understanding, strengthening communication, and promoting collaborative problem solving.

##### **Location**

 

All sessions are currently provided via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform to clients in the state of Massachusetts.

 

##### **Cost**

 

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. If you are not utilizing insurance, my rate is $150 for an individual therapy session and $200 for a family therapy session. I am happy to provide an invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider for out of network reimbursement.

 

##### **Availability**
